Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to the first payment of a monthly or yearly subscription.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or
• email us at scopeguardlive@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Processing normally takes a few business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Outside the 30-day window we consider refund requests case by case, for example where a technical fault prevented you from using the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.
